Welcome to Creative Ember Designs, a trading name of AA Arts Limited. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

  • Placing an order doesn’t create a contract until we confirm it by email.

  • We may cancel an order if products are unavailable, incorrectly priced, or payment fails.

Prices & Payment

  • Prices are shown in [GBP/USD/EUR as applicable].

  • Delivery costs are added at checkout.

  • If you’re outside the UK, you’re responsible for local taxes, duties, and customs fees.

Delivery

  • We ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Delays at customs or with carriers are outside our control.

  • Import duties/fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

  • UK/EU customers: you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

  • Refunds are issued once we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

  • Customers outside the UK/EU: please contact us before returning goods.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and branding on this site belong to AA Arts Limited or our licensors. Please don’t copy or use them without permission.

Liability

  • We’re not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses (like lost profit or missed opportunities).

  • Our responsibility for any order won’t exceed the price you paid for the product.

  • Your legal consumer rights aren’t affected.

Privacy

We respect your personal information and handle it according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Customers outside the UK may also have rights under local consumer laws, which we cannot exclude.
